    You would, but as the diet wasn’t varied it would slow down to a degree after a while but you would lose weight.

    You should at least eat 1200 calories a day but eating close to your BMR is so much BETTER.
    -You will lose weight if you ate only fruits and veggies faster but you also need to eat protein. Your body needs protein ! Without it you will just lose muscles.

    -You should add exercise it makes the process so much faster. Take a 1 hr walk/jog outside if you don’t have a gym membership. Join a sports group, anything that gets you moving.

    -You should also weight lift, it’s good and it creates muscles. Muscle = leaner. You can do lunges, squats, buy some free weights and use them.
