    Eat several, small, nutricious meals a day. Your metabolism will speed up and it will take a while for it to come back down even if you quit doing that. I know, I’ve done it. You shouldn’t have to rely on a drug or stimulant, it doesn’t work and has bad side effects later.

    Our bodies were not meant for all these chemicals!!! I know people who have died from ephedrine. I also have a friend who was having heart palpitaitons due to one of these so called “energy enhancers”. I work out 4 times a week, eat healthy-and I feel great. Get enough sleep at night too. If you begin to exercise a lot you will ALWAYS have energy. Take FLAX OIL daily. It boosts your metabolism. You can take it as a pill, but I take the oil by the teaspoon and chase it with water.
