i want to loss about 15 pound, if i stop eating food and just drink liquids and soups will i loss weight fast? i will also be working out for about an hour 5x a week?

    No you will gain weight. Go back to biology 101. The body stores all calories and lowers bodily function to minimum levels if its senses a stress such as STARVATION. So by not eating you will pack on weight.

    You may lose weight rapidly, you will also gain it back and then some more once you start eating normally again.

    ironically, no. if you decrease your caloric intake to starvation levels, your body will respond by lowering your metabolism. just make better food choices, eat smaller portions & eat only nutrient dense foods (foods that actually contain a lot of vitamins & minerals & other nutrients).

    and remember, the faster you lose the weight, the less chance you have of keeping it off.

    OK, your avatar looks like a nurse, clearly this is misleading as anyone in the health care field knows this “diet” is pure foolishness. I promise you will loose the weight, but once you eat regular food, you will balloon right back up to your former weight and then some! Also, it’s LOOSE not loss, learn to spell.

    To lose weight you Increase your exercise but, decrease your food intake, but not EXAGGERATED.

    * Eat when your hungry
    * Dont over eat, Eat slow and when you dont feel hungry anymore STOP.
    * Dont limit yourself from anything, if you do, you’ll crave it more.
    * Work out everyday but DONT over do it.
    * Always drink water

    If you do those things, think you will lose it, SAFELY.

    yes, anorexia people do it all the time. just workout and eat healthy. crash dieting does not work. drink water before you because it decreases your appetite and also drink water when u feel hunger. sometimes it just feels like hunger but you are really just thirsty.

    if u starve yourself you wont loose weight you would just be making a fool out of yourself.starving yourself hurts you in many different ways you’ll pass out often you’ll get saggy you’ll feel sick all the time. SO to loose weight all you have 2 do is eat healthy and exercise

    As of may 2007, I was 6 ft, 210 pounds and I excersized a lot.. and now i’m 185.. here is how:

    I stopped excersizing, and I started to lose weight..
    Then I stopped eating food except a small tiny bits every day, and I started dropping weight.. but then I started making myself throw up and I started losing lots of weight fast.. and now its been many months since then and i’m 185..

    So there you have it, that was the technique I learned, and it worked great for me 🙂
