ima personal trainer…. green tea is good for you its a caffeine stimulant and has antioxidants …. coffee is also health in moderate use ….. water is the best thing on the planet for you and you must drink double what you would normally drink if your taking lots of caffeine in because caffeine will dehydrate you … the best thing is to eat healthier …. the “3 square meals” they came up with in 50s is wrong and false ….. shoot for 6 small healthy meals a day …… its easy to do i pre mix cottage cheese and yogurt with a little fruit in the fridge… you can eat eggs with toast… chiken breast with an apple… and even take a protein or slim fast shake as a meal i wouldn’t do more then 2 in a day there is no replacement for actually healthy food …… and exercise even you walk more places then you drive and just go to the gym and walk its going to pay off and light Weight lifting helps boost your metabolism….. as for supplements there is no “Miracle supplement” the closest thing we had was ephedra which isn’t used anymore and was found unsafe for you heart….. you can have coffee to get you going and take a b vitamin everday for healthy energy…. once your body starts being more healthy you feel more energetic anyway dont rely on supplements everything has side effects

I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.

Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.

First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…

This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.

However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace dot com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.

Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.

Here is the first recommendation for the best weight loss supplement:

    A detox program

This is ideal for someone who needs to lose more than 5 or 10 pounds.

These detox programs are great. Most people can lose 5 pounds in a week. The great thing about them is that they focus on long term weight loss.

The reason they work so well is because you’re meant to continue eating similar types of food after your detox.

We always hear about people who lose weight and put it right back on. If you make drastic changes in your diet that you know you can’t keep, eventually you will go back to your old eating habits.

That’s usually why diets don’t work, they are a sort term solution for a long term problem. You don’t need a diet. You need a lifestyle change in your eating habits. Diets are usually set up for failure because eventually you will “go off” the diet. This is when that weight creeps back on.

OK, so how is this detox program different.

The detox program that I think is the best weight loss supplement focuses on your carbohydrate cravings.

For 1 week you replace your meals with low glycemic shakes. This helps reduce fluctuations in your blood sugar levels. It does this by targeting your glycemic index. Low glycemic foods are the key to long term weight loss.

A detox program like this helps set yourself up for a lifestyle change in the food that you eat. This is the only way to keep the weight off.

Everyday you have 3 low glycemic shakes, and snacks in between. After 5 days the average person loses about 5 pounds. When you’re done the first 5 days, you can continue to detox if you need to lose more weight, or you can slowly replace the shakes with real meals.

The important part is to make sure you replace those meals with new low glycemic meals. Finishing a detox and heading back to your favourite fast food restaurant is a waste.

That’s why it is important to set up a proper diet also. Supplements can help, but if they are not used together with a proper diet their results will disappear.
