I am a woman and Ive been working out for about a year and half now and I wanted to add some protein to my diet to help with weight loss. Which protein would be best?

    protein powder is not reliable for weight loss.. thats not the idea of it..
    protein powder is for muscle repair an muscle growth…

    but u can get lower carb no sugar protein shakes…. so in that case it would minimize any fat deposit….

    if u want to burn fat.. u do more cardio.. take CLA supplements.. an omega 3… an eat less carbs
