I know that green tea boosts metabolism but what other foods can boost metabolism … i have heard that black pepper also boosts metabolism are there any other fat burning and metabolism boosting foods ?

    WATER! I know so many people who’ve lost huge amounts of weight since upping their water intake. You should at least be getting 64 ounces a day, but I’ve heard some people say for weight loss you should drink an ounce for every pound of your weight.
