Question by Brenden061: what’s considered a “small meal” for metabolism boosting?
A nature valley granola “honey and oat” package (Two bars = 180 calories) has two granola bars in it. Would one bar (90 calories) with 16oz of water (one between breakfast and lunch, then between lunch and dinner) be sufficient to keep my metabolism active to a degree of efficiency?

Low carb and high protein stuff.

You could probably eat two and be fine. A banana would be great too. Fruits, nuts, granola, vegtables. All that natural healthy stuff.

Raw Veggies with Hummus. Peanut Butter with bananas.
Raw nuts and raisins or cranraisins. Yougurt with fresh berries ( blue ones).

it would be best to make each meal about the same size, or your metabolism will get confused.

Also, meals should go decreasing in size, the biggest being breakfast.

Just eat 5 or 6 small meals every day, each about 2 1/2 to 3 hours apart. About 200 or 300 calories each.

no, a small meal is like an apple or a turkey and cheese sandwich with mustard and light mayo/no mayo.
