People always say go on a diet but eat enough protein, and carbohydrates, but they don’t say specific foods or how you should eat of them and is protein gives me muscle then what and how much should i eat?

    The best foods for weight loss are lean meat and reduced carbs. Try to stay away from white foods like potatoes and sugar, especially things with high fructose corn syrup (the worst-it fools your body into thinking your even hungrier)
