Question by Stan M: What type of diet should I do if I want to get buff?
Should I do a high protein, high fat, or high carb. I am on a high protein low carb diet now for weight loss and wondering if I should change it to build muscle. Also can I get buff without lifting weights.

Well, in order to get buff you should stick to high portein and low carbs. Also, just lift weights, its probably the easiest way out there.

    I do chicken,steak ,salad, nuts, beans, eggs, english muffins on a regular basis and I’ve but on an inch in 3 months with only dumbbells.
