Question by Layla: What kind of foods boost metabolism?
I’ve tried many foods that I’ve heard boost metabolism like those super hot green peppers, green/ice tea all natural, lots of water, lots of different vegetables, spicy foods, energy drinks, and more but my metab never speeds up. I even got it checked and it’s not fast and I’m only 18. Does anyone know any other foods that do a really good job on boosting metabolisms other than what I said?

its not so much the type of food that helps
eating breakfast and doing regular excersise bother help speed up metabolism pluss the drinking lots is good. also its better to eat little and often rather than a couple or large meals
