    I would not try any pills……..just cut calories and drink water………….walking is great also!

    Unfortunately, the secret to weight loss will never be found in a convenient little pill. Even an herbal one. The only answer to long term weight loss is a healthy diet full of whole grains, fruits & vegetables and an exercise that you enjoy enough to do several times a week.
    The biggest problem lies in the definition of ‘healthy diet’.
    There are hundreds upon hundreds of ‘diet foods’ that proclaim how healthy they are. Unfortunately, most things that come in a package just aren’t all that healthy. For a simple ‘no-brainer’ just stick to foods that are GROWN instead of PACKAGED. Whole wheat bread is ok, but sprouted multi-grain is even better. Canned peaches are ok, but the real thing is a thousand times better. Apple sauce tastes good, but the whole apple gives you all that and the fiber. (and fiber – which is only found in plants, is absolutely CRUCIAL to weight loss and long term health.) herbal teas are great, but herbal pills that claim a quick fix just aren’t worth the money. You get the picture. In a nutshell, the quick & easy answer never brings long term success…and isn’t that what you really want? Learn to love natural food and you will be slim for life.
