Question by Melissa H: What is the best diet pill or metabolism booster to take during exercise?
I work out everyday and so far have lost 13 lbs…and I was taking Rapid Slim and it seemed to work great..but it could also just be due to me at the gym everyday working hard..so…I’m just wondering is there anything that can give me and extra boost?

    You don’t need a diet pill or metabolism booster. Regular daily exercise will do it for you by itself. Drink lots of water before, during, and after exercise. My coach tells me to drink a combination of gatorade and water during my workouts because the electrolites keep us stimulated. So my friend and I put 1/3 gatorade and 2/3 water in a water bottle and it works amazing!
