Question by kissmeimdutch: What is a good weekly diet to lose weight but still be extremely healthy?
I am a student living on-campus and have a meal plan available for the cafeteria which has a lat, as well as I do a little bit of grocery shopping.

What is a good way to eat about 2 meals a day (I eat breakfast around 10 and dinner around 5 with snacks in between and after) to lose weight, but still feel fulfilled?

    im only 14 turning 15 in a month so my opinion might not matter, but i was really fat and hated it, so i started going to the gym everyday after school and i lost wieght fast. if thats not ur style then dont eat so much junk food and eat some fruits, possibly start walking around campus on a regular schedule and drnk more water instead of pop, or drink some more powerade or gatorade. hope i helped
