Question by 🙂: What can I do to raise my metabolism?
I am 15 years old, 5 foot 2, and i weigh 130 pounds. I feel horrible about myself and i feel like i’m really fat and disgusting. I want to lose weight but first I need to raise my metabolism so that when I exercise I really burn calories. Is there anything I can take like a pill or something or stuff i can do to raise my metabolism when i am exercising so I start burning calories faster and also my metabolism at rest?

Eat frequently, like 5-6 meals per day but with small portions, essentially you want each meal to fit into a measurement of 1 cup, which if you think about it is really little compared to the amount normal people eat. But do this, and already you’ll lose weight while speeding up your metabolism.
BUT I do want to say that everyone has a unique body shape and they’re all beautiful!!!!! But since you wanted my help, here it is! I really hope I helped.

    keep exercising for sure. I suggest you eat 5 smaller meals a day consisting of lean meats, vegetables, fruits and whole grains. This increases your metabolism. Don’t feel horrible about yourself You aren’t your body.

    build more muscle, like by doing weight lifting or running, that will speed up your metabolism because muscle uses more calories to maintain

    also eat 5-6 small, healthy meals a day so you’ll never feel hungry (a small meal can be like from a energy bar to a plate of food) and be sure not to eat after you aren’t hungry no matter how good the food tastes (you’ll have to listen to your body very carefully to tell when you aren’t hungry, try eating half the food on your plate and then wait 10 minutes, and then see if you’re up to finishing the rest of your food)
