I am overweight. im 15 (going to be 16 in 2 months) female, i weigh about 160 and im 5’3. i really trying to loose weight to be healthy and feel confident. plus does anyone happen to have tips for m weight loss? eating plans, how many calories should i eat a day, ect? please and thank you for your time. 10 pts!
