    the key to boosting metabolism is eating less—-more often…..increase the number of times you eat each day—-3 to 5 times….and make them low in fat and sugar.

    Low-Fat Yogurt
    Grapefruit
    Hot Peppers
    Lean Beef, Pork, Chicken, and Turkey

    Muscle Cells burn most. Water cells next. Fat cells last. The rate at which each individual cell burns calories never changes no matter what pills, tablets, creams, or foods you eat. That is why none of those pills are FDA endorsed. And, why no one successfully loses weight taking them. Diet pills and foods and snacks have been around for 50 years and DO NOT WORK.

    – Exercise 45-60 mins 5-6 days a week.
    – Lift weights for 15 mins or more several days before you exercise.
    – Hydrate – drink plenty of water.
    – Rest.

    you will increase your muscle to fat ratio. That will mean you have more cells burning off excess calories. You will lose weight.

    Stop being lazy and looking for short cuts.
