I recently had gastric bypass weight loss surgery & I been stuck at the same weight for about 2 months because I eat so un-healthy but I was wondering what are some healthy foods & snacks that have a good taste to them? I need to change my eating lifestyle so much!

Fruit2day juices, naked juices, corazona chips, yogurt covered pretzels or blueberries. Trail mix of dried blueberries, cranberries, chocolate chips, and cashews. Oatmeal cookies with any type of dried fruit.

    Uh…..dear,…..if you had the bypass, you should have been given a list of foods to eat and not eat.

    I know it’s hard to change bad habits, especially when it comes to eating. Did your doctor give you a diet plan or refer you to a dietitian after your surgery? It is important to consult with them. I’ve included a few links, including the Mayo Clinic and the National Institute of Health, that discuss diets. Do you have a good blender, such as a VitaMix, in which you can make healthy drinks made with fruits and vegetables? I’ve included a link to the VitaMix website. They do include recipes that would be helpful for you. Try to drink some protein shakes too. The key is to change the eating habits and not focus on food. Here’s wishing you the best.
