Question by Little Miss Perfect: What are some extreme weight loss methods?
I have to write a school speech on this subject and i need some extreme weight loss methods. I’ve heard off soaking cotton wool in orange juice as one method but i need more. Any help would be great.

    Smaller portions, more often and eating the right things. Also very strict cardio workouts can show major results in as little as 3 weeks. Protein rich foods, vitamins, low in trans fat and low sugars are good. Carbs really aren’t the enemy.
