Weight Loss Transformation Week 1 of 12. My strict diet plan is not for the weak of will. Most plans that contain similar foods also have many other things that I think of as non-necessities. I believe when you are trying to lose a lot of fat, there is no need for extra things like condiments, seasoning, or just plain flavor. I will have a list of things to eat on a weekly basis but it will be very limited for the first 3 to 5 weeks or so. In the next video, I will explain more of the overall diet that will change throughout the course of these 12 weeks. Generally, carb cycling is the idea.     @kalabawbaka Thanks so much.. You will make that and so will I if we are consistent. I’ll be posting a vid shortly for the real “week 1” diet. Today (Sunday) begins a whole program of weekly carb cycling, week 1 being no carbs. I’ll try to put the whole 1st weeks diet in that description and tomorrow I’ll post my first workout in detail with a vid that starts the hardcore training I’ll be doing.
