Question by : Weight loss help please?
I need to loose at least 35 pounds in the next 2 months. Im an 18 year old guy, im 213 pounds, i have man boobs and a big stomach ..
so far i tried 2 meals a day and it wasn’t working , so now eat one healthy meal a day(i can handle that), i lost like 3 pounds, but I need to speed it up, I exercise for 30 minutes a day and some weight lifting 3 times a week, I tried taking drugs like hydroxycut, (the one with the jersey shore guy ad) and all it did was increase my heart rate and make me really hyper, (my leg can’t stop shaking), but he doen’t help at all ,,,, soooooooo any hints,or suggestions

Please don’t use pills. Do the grapefruit diet. I swear to you it’s tue best. You can Lose 10lbs in12 days. I did(: you can also eat as much meat and veggies as You want

    you need to eat 5 or 6 SMALL meals a day, each with a little protein in it and eat them about three hours apart. count calories!!

    NO carbs (bread, pasta, rice)

    eat a clean diet (without carbs)

    exercise an additional 20 minutes in the morning (to start your metabolism) and do your normal workout routine in the evenings. or if you usually workout in the mornings, do the additional 20 minutes in the afternoon or evenings.

    drink plenty of water throughout the day.

    take a vitamin B-complex daily (it’s a multivitamin with just the vitamin Bs, like like vitamin B12, vitamin B2, vitamin B3, etc…). the B-vitamins help with weight loss (you can google it, to see for yourself).

    P90X or Insanity are great workout DVDs (mainly guys do them) that give great results. youtube it to get an idea of how it works.

    “ToneItUP” “SCOOBY1961” and “reshapethenation” are all youtube channels with great diet tips!
