Question by Clara: Weight loss for 13 year old?
I’m 5’1 and 121 lbs. I want to be at least 100-110 lbs. I am getting chubby and would like to she’d afue pounds. I am trying to get better eating habits. I’m also anemic so I’m trying to eat more greens. I really like o.n.e coconut water with mango and Greek yogurt. I also really like v8 pomegranate blueberry juice. I use to go running with my mom but she hurt her knee. How can I motivate my self to stop drinking soda and stop snacking. I do realize not eating is not the way. Please understand that I’m not a skinny girl but I’m not chubby either. My fat is becoming a little more visible. I have gained alot of weight since February.

    Im 16 and I weigh 143 & My height is 4’11 so I understand what u mean but as u get older ur body starts to form into a women’s body so ur weight isn’t anything to be worried about bbut if u want to lose weight . Go call a friend , boyfriend or somebody who u can hold like a 30 -60 minute convo and walk around ur neighborhood that’s what I do . And trust me it does work if u do that at evenings mornings or just even when ur bored. U dont even notice that ur losing weigh because u get distracted in talking to your friend

    Diet foods or diet soda your body can tell the diffrence between real sugar and fake sugar. You dont have to eat super healthy . Eat potatoes they fill you up long after they are digested. Try drinking water only and having and eat a lot of celery ( no penut butter but yes to salad dressing ) while you eat the celery walk around . Also try chewing gum and tic taks – you can eat if you have a tic yak In your mouth

    If i was you i wouldnt be sweating over 11 pounds. Seriously, im the fatass here i weigh 330 pds. But i am active. I exercise, i ride my bike i made. I do the couch to 5k program as well. i watch what i eat and i make sure i get the vitamins and minerals i need for each day. One day i will be able to run. But your here saying you have fat. 11 pounds is not fat. 170 pds overweight is fat. So coming from one fatso get off the f-ing coach and do something. Stop complaining and do.
