Question by : Weight loss fast using milkshakes?
So I’m on a new diet that idk if it’s good or if it works so I need advice.
First of all in the morning I wake up and drink this choco shake that’s pure fiber and that’s my breakfast, then at lunch I eat a full meal like beef and green peppers with onions and rice, then for my 3rd meal of the day I drink another fiber drink. The only prob is the fiber makes me go to the bathroom alot but it’s natural no so it doesn’t matter or the effect will wear off after a while? Ah and I work 10 hrs a day everyday which means I’m always moving around but don’t nesecarily have enough time to work out at the gym, do you think this diet is good for me?

When you say you are “on a diet” you are telling yourself that one day you will go “off your diet” and when you do that any weight you have lost will eventually return and people often gain some extra weight.

This is how many people end up being “yo yo dieters”

Your lunch sounds very good, and I would encourage anybody to eat healthy meals like you obviously do, but you need to mix it up and discover other healthy options or you will eventually get sick of eating and drinking the same thing day in and day out, next thing you know you will be “off” your diet.

I would eat more meals made up of healthy nutritious whole foods of similar quality to what you eat for lunch. Instead of drinking your meals.

Working 10 hours per day makes it hard to find time to workout, one tip I can offer is to consider getting up earlier to exercise, it can be hard to find the time and energy to work out after a long work day, but if you get up 1 hour earlier you can fit in a work out and be done with it, once it’s done you don’t have to worry about finding the time or energy.

And remember, good habits should become permanent life long habits.
