I am 6 foot 1 and i am 170 pounds I am a healthy weight just not happy with myself so ways to lose weight and raise metabolism!

-eat a healthy, balanced diet
-take vitamns

It is very dangerous to loose weight at a young age.
I strongly suggest you consult a doctor prior to durastic measures.
You dont sound fat at all, in fact , you sound healthy.

    Plenty of apples every day will help as they are both metabolism boosting foods as well as negative calorie foods.
