    biotin is good for hairloss and if u dont caught up with ur vitamins its what happens the hairloss and then u start not losing the weight and if u see that when u “pig out” then when u dont its cause when u eat “normal” is not enough so ur body might need more cals. and protein then what ur given it.. good luck
