Question by Leslie: Sensible diet weight loss plan?
I’m 5 foot 8, 145 pounds, I workout for an hour every day, burning about 600 calories each session. I plan to lose 20 pounds for this christmas putting me at 125. I eat about 1700 calories per day, I used to eat about 1000 calories but I found it hard to not cave in during the evening munchy cravings. I’m kind of at a plateau in my weightloss, I’ve lost 10 pounds so far and want to reach my goal. I eat vegetables and fruits regularly with the addition of chicken for protein, but I cave in a lot to carbs in the evening… any tips on how to get rid of carb hunger, any tips to break through this plateu and lose the 20 pounds I want? Any other ways to stop eating a lot, I use to be able to control my hunger by not eating for awhile?? Any advice is welcome thank you. Also is there anyway to tweak my diet to lose weight? I usually eat yogurt in the morning along with a bowl of ceteal, at lunch I eat a chicken salad with fruit and vegetables. at supper time I eat chicken with a lot of vegetables. After that, I usually break into food friendzy of granola bars and carbohydrates. Any advice to break this habit too? Thanks

You should actually eat carbs. They give you energy and keep your body running. Aim for about 150 or so. That’s even pretty small, the food pyramid recommended like 300!
Try oatmeal in the mornings too. It will keep you full.

    Well, you could take carb blocker ten minutes before eating carbs. That way, you digest more of the carbs instead of them turning to fat. It’s kidney bean extract, available in supplement shops.

    Also, change the order of the food you eat, to change up your metabolism. Whatever you normally eat in the morning, eat it at night, etc. Just flip it around.

    You might want to do a colon cleanse ( one to two bowel cleanse capsules per night) to speed up the weight loss. That could be 5-15 lbs right there. I like CleanseMore by Renew Life.

    Try eating popcorn instead of granola sometimes, and drink 8-12 oz of water before every meal.
