Question by queen b: What’s the purpose of having protein powder in a weight loss shake?
Ok I know it may sounds like a dumb question. I’m about to start my weight loss journey tomorrow. I never been a huge fan of diet pills so I want to start making shakes in replacement of my breakfast and lunch, and have a normal dinner. A lot of people I’ve talked to always tell me to include a protein powder in my shake, but they never told me why. Why is it so important to have it in your shake? Do you recommend any powders? What other ingredients do you recommend? Thanks! 🙂

protein builds muscle, keep in mind that muscle weighs more than fat, so you might actually gain weight at first
