    your metabolism is what converts fat and other nutrients and calories,into energy for your body and muscles…getting a metabolism boost is reving your metabolism up so that it uses up more fat and calories at once to fuel your muscles……if you wanted to that,there are supplements (usualy only work when working out or doing some type of excercise 30 minutes of more) like Hydroxycut Hardcore, or regular Hydroxycut,but i would recomend natural green tea extract pills (i take these and they are pretty good for bossting my metabolism)….green tea pills have no bad side effects,unlike hydroxycut supplements,except green tea has jsut a little bit of caffeine,depending on the brand of pill.

    It has to do with how fast your body burns calories, or rather converts calories into heat. So in order to boost a metabolism you must increase this conversion, and I guess certain foods are better at it than others.
