it depends on your location…pineapple is the best weight loss fruit…apple and grapes too…but you should avoid bread and cheese, rice and grains and other carbohydrates.

    Hi,..

Actually there r no fruits that makes u gain wieght in particular!! But u can say that there are fruits that has more calories than others(such as bannanas and grapes)…but that doesnt mean that they make u fat….its incorrect…….Just eat them less than other fruits if u r on a diet…but dont avoid them…

As for vegetables…eat all vegatables u know….They r all good for a diet…they r very low in calories!!

All fruits and veggies are good for losing weight..

Avoid juices you´re getting the fiber off and you´re drinking only the sugar it has.
Strawberry, pineapple and watermelon are diuretic so the best.
Banana, grapes and melon lots of calories so the worst, some people think melon is diuretic but has a little problem… too much sugar so high calories hidden.
Apples and oranges are also good if you don´t eat too much

If your into some serious weight loss then avoid ALL fruits that have sugar in them. you could use grapefruit and lemons and limes. the acids in these fruits will cause your stomach to contract so to allow you to feel full with smaller portions of the other diet foods you eat.

Nothing special, just this standard package.

As far as weight loss is concerned I have to admit I have a ‘stock’ answer for this question, since if you look it appears 20-30 times every day!!!

Type ‘guaranteed weight loss’ into google, you will find 1 1/2 million sites!

Look around you if ANY of these things worked would we be getting so overweight?

We are what we eat, but we are at least as much what we don’t do. Calorie intakes in 1900 and 1950 were higher than they are now, we just don’t use them up!

Eat a balanced diet with plenty of fruit and veg any sorts.

Take a healthy amount of exercise 30-40 minutes of vigorous exercise per day 4-5 days a week. I hate to think what percentage of the UK population does that 2%? 5%?

I have seen hundreds of questions with this same pattern :- I am fat, tell me where on line I can get this super diet or herbal/dangerous/illegal drug that I hear will fix it for me in 10 minutes without the need for me to get off the couch!

No fixes pal , less in more out, its the only way.
