Question by : What exercises are good for weight loss? *Besides running/jogging.?
Winters coming and I really cant go outside and exercise to much. I know I have to eat the right food and yeah, but what are some other good exercises for weight loss, besides running/jogging? (I dont own a treadmill, and I just straight out hate running.) Any other ideas? (:

Try jumping rope.

And check out Dr Sears’ “Pace”. It proves that short bursts of energy ( such a jumping rope for 60 seconds ) FAR out performs long distance running for rapid weight loss.

    If you can find an indoor pool somewhere swimming is really good and it’s not too rough on the joints either.

    I’m with you on the cold though. I hate it! 🙂
