apples, fruits, vegetables. celery is really good because its like your eating “negative calories” because your burning off more calories digesting it than the celery is itself.

    raw vegetables. farmers feed their pigs, to fatten them up, with boiled veggies. good luck!

    Best things for boosting the metabolism is green tea, and spicy foods with a lot of capsaicin (will boost the metabolism for a short period of time), cinnamon as well.

    Building muscle really is the BEST way to boost the metabolism as muscle burns more calories at rest than fat does. So if you have more muscle than the guy next to you & you’re both sitting there doing nothing, you’ll burn more calories! woo!
