Question by BLACKOUT: What am I doing wrong? Not losing weight.?
I have been exercising pretty much everyday since March. I was 220 lbs and a size 20. Today I am now a size 16 and 195. My question is, in 9 months this is the best I have done, I got stuck at 195 MONTHS ago. I watch what I eat, drink mostly water, and do a lot of exercise. I have gained muscle, and can even see my abs underneath my fat if I hold my hands over my head. But I am becoming frusterated because I am not losing any weight in pounds. Even more puzzling, I am slowly shrinking pant sizes even though I’m not losing actual pounds. All I want to do is get down to 150:( I’m 5’9″ I think that’s reasonable, but I can’t seem to do it. I’ve thought of just giving up but something inside says don’t. How much longer will it take before I get over this plateau? Please help me people I am really bummed out:( I’m 34 years of age am I just too old now to lose?
