Question by hello 😛: weight loss drinking only cuppa soups?
how much weight would a person lose by drinking just 3 cuppa soups and water a day (the dried sachets of soup, 100 cal each) and doing a moderate amount of excercise like a couple of hours yoga/stretches/pilates a day.
how much would a person who is 5’4 and 112 lbs lose doing this for 10 days?

omg no . please, please, please don’t do this ! 112 pounds ! that’s nothing . stay the way you are ! do you know how incredibly unhealthy it is to just eat soup ?! you’re going to end up in the hospital ! if you really want to lose weight, lose it the healthy way :
i would consider joining a gym .
also, try eating all organic food; it’s much healthier for you .
