I have a friend who wants to drop 30 pounds fast. I am looking for some helpful suggestions to give her.

The human body doesn’t drop weight fast. It doesn’t gain it fast either. People need to get this through their thick skulls. If there was a way to drop 30lbs in 1 week, everyone would do it and eat/drink whatever they want. Dropping 30lbs safely, will take about 1 month.

    She needs to exercise and change her diet. She can’t expect to lose 30 pounds in a month or anything like that. It’s unhealthy.

    Go on an all natural raw diet of fruits, vegies, grains. Two weeks Then start to add sushi, boiled chicken, boiled meatballs, eggs, fish. Make sure it is balanced. Lots of Water. Don’t try starving yourself. In the long run it does more damage than good. Your body needs food to eat or it will eat itself.

    WEll to drop them will be hard, depends on how long she really has to drop them, i would say GNC and a reduce calorie diet divided in to 6 small sized snake meals instead of 3 belly full meals and at least 30 mins every other day of continouse activity ( walking, cleaning, something that will make here heart rate go up for a while).

    I think it would take longer but if she works out like 100 push ups sit ups & squats she could compress her fat tighter. Don’t take that offensively. Eat every 3 hours milk, fresh fruit or fresh vegetables but don’t eat past 7:00pm. Drink as much water as possible it speeds up the process & burns calories faster.
