Question by Lisa G: need low calorie meal ideas yet healthy and filling?
I have been counting calories recently, and trying to maintain my weight. In the last week I gained a few pounds, and need to eat less calories. I just never get full if I eat what I’m supposed to.

My ideas so far for meals are Tuna Sandwiches, rice and fish, beans and rice. Any more ideas?

According to the diet expert: Rice is not low in calorie, instead its HIGH in carbs. Use wheat. Salads are good: lettuce, broccoli, celery, carrots, tomatoes, and whatever light green vegetables. have you called jenny yet?
