Question by Lillian: If I eat yogurt three times a day will I eventually lose weight?
I heard yogurt is really good for you and is part of many weight loss diets. So if I eat organic yogurt three times a day like breakfast lunch and dinner hours everyday (I would obviously be eating my breakfast lunch a nd dinner with the yogurt) would i eventually lose weight? Or what? Please help and thank you! 🙂

Yogurt is lousy food – it’s just sold to you by advertisers calling it “healthy”… it’s not. It’s pretty much a LOT of sugar. Try protein and high fiber all the time. Try to stay away from dairy and sugars like cereal and junk food like that.

    Don’t count on it. Count on your hard work at the gym, not on eating magic foods(but still follow a good diet)

    No. Eating something that’s good for you everyday is not going to magically make you lose weight. If you want your body to change you have to make sacrifices. In order to lose weight I have cut sugar and processed foods out of my diet. I lost 15 pounds in a few weeks. I also work out every other day. If you want to lose weight- it’s a commitment. I don’t mean to sound harsh.. but that’s just the way it is.

    Yogurt does have beneficial qualities to them but not all people are able to digest yogurt very well. Actually many people, including myself, do not absorb yogurt well. We humans were just not meant to consume the milk of a cow, as much as I LOVE yogurt and something eat it myself. Drop the yogurt and eat Paleo, eat like a caveman or cavegirl! You’ll find you’ll eat more and lose weight faster, and feel a ton better. Read this article regarding the Paleo Diet, it covers a lot. Good Luck!
