    Not EAT?!?! Yes! That’s totally unhealthy!

    Eat healthy and get exercise! Good grief. Google your age and “calories per day”. Same with protein, fat, carbs per day.

    Changing the way your body looks is extremely difficult and takes an insane amount of determination and work. Anyone who tries to make it sound easy is selling something.

    the thing with the metabolism is that it increases when you eat and decreases when you don’t eat. try eating sensible meals . reduce the quantity you eat and exercise and you will lose weight and stand a good chance of keeping it off. All dieting should be supervised by a professional eg doctor or dietitian. good luck.

    Sure, you will lose weight if you only drink this. You also would lose about same amount of weight if you just drank plain water. And of course, if you only drink and don’t eat, it’s totally unhealthy, because you’re basically starving yourself.

    If you want to lose weight in a healthy way, do it by eating less, and exercising more, and be patient with the process. That’s really the only way that works long term and is healthy.

    Of course you will lose weigh since you don’t eat anything at all , but you’ll lose them in a very unhealthy way since you need proteins and everything to help your body survive everyday. If you don’t eat at all you’ll probably get into more problems.
    If you’re trying to lose the over-weighs, you NEED to eat everyday, but mostly healthy food, such as vegetables and fruits. You sure need to do some exercises too, to help your body lose some calories and help it stay in shape. Plus, drinking a lot of water helps your hunger fade away, for example at night so you won’t need to eat since it’s more difficult for your body to digest it.
