Hi , I am vegetarian and Indian. I want to know what easy to prepare and on the go snack options are there are which I can eat every 2 hours to bring up my metabolism and ultimately lose weight.I am 5 ft 1.5 ” and weigh 63 kgs . I want to bring my weight to around 55-57 kgs.
I am already exercising regularly.
