    No wieght loss sumplements work at all there’s a reason there not FDA approved. If its a protein shake that’s different you should take them after work outs because that’s what your muscles need to get bigger and recover also use protein sumplements to replace a meal and don’t starve yourself that slows down your metabolism so you should eat about 5 smaller portions a day and a lot of chicken and fish with greens and fruits and vegetables everybody’s diet is different you just need to find the one right
    For you also take it on slowly don’t
    Jump into a hardcore diet because you’ll most likely fail ease into it also try to get your heart rate up for at least one
    Hour a day

    Weight loss shakes do not work. You’re better off saving the money you wasted and start a healthy eating habit and exercise. In the end result you’ll still lose the same amount of weight, but you just wasted that extra $ with the shake. As for eating healthy it’s pretty simple ay? Lean meats, Veggies, Fruits, Whole wheat/grains. As for exercising it’s up to you..jog for 30-90 mins a day, you can even hike. If you don’t want to go outside you can get some workout dvds or even buy a tredmil? I’d personally man or woman up and go outside and jog you save 1000x more $ .

    Most shakes like the one you mentioned are to be used as “meal replacements”. I used meal replacement shakes myself and a typical day consist of replacing a regular breakfast meal with a shake. The rest of the day consist of small healthy meals and snacks every couple hours. There are also lots of home workout dvd’s that you could use to work awesome!!
