Question by Roslyn S: How to achieve a metabolism boost?
I know working out and building muscle enables you to have a faster metabolism. I also know Green Tea gives it a boost (does anyone know of a good, diet sweetened one that will still do the trick?). Anyway does anyone know any other ways to boost an otherwise slow metabolism? Thanks.

    Eat small meals a couple hours apart all throughout the day. It will raise your metabolism. As for the green tea, the sweetened part kind of cancels out any good you could be doing. Uuuk. Just force yourself to drink regular green tea, it’s better for you in SO many ways.

    Eat breakfast in the morning. Most people don’t because they think it’s better to not eat a lot, but eating early starts your metabolism up quickly. Also grapefruit juice helps burn calories.
