i heard lots of people say raise my metabolism level to burn fat. but how do i do it? and in a fast and effective way.? also which exercises are the best to lose weight?

Eat 5-6 smaller meals a day instead of 3 large ones. Also be sure to drink lots of water …. at least 8 cups a day.

    I sorry, but you can’t raise your metabolism. You have to be born with it. If you want to loose weight you can eat a salad before every meal so that it gets your metabolism running and by the time you eat the actual meal, your body burns more calories than usual.

    the best way of losing weight (that is your body fat hopefully) is lifting weights. Because lifting weight helps you gain muscle which helps burn more calories, and lifting weights will raise your metabolism to the top level while you are working out.

    Drink water frequently because every time you put something into your stomach your metabolism goes up (at least temporarily)

    Also don’t eat 3 big meals a day. Instead eat 6 small meals a day.
    To fuel your self frequently which protects your muscle from losing, and you are never hungry
