Question by David: How can I raise my Metabolism?
I’m trying to lower my Body Fat Percentage, how can I raise my Metabolism?
I forgot to add that I play as a Tight End for my High School’s JV Football Team and lift weights. We do some cardio, but I don’t do much on my free time. I hang out with my friends and we play football or walk around our city for an entire day and crash at one of our places at night.

Go into a calorie deficit, burn calories and forget the damn metabolism.

You can actually help it from what I’ve heard.
Eat at the exact same times every day.
If you work out (even if it’s just strength) your metabolism inscreases aswell.
You can also talk to a doctor about it, there’s pills to make them increase but I think you can only have it if your metabolism is at the absolute lowest (in which you weigh like 300 pounds T.T)

Water speeds up your metabolism, and so does a healthy breakfast:). And there are pills that do
