Question by Nikki 🙂: How can I raise my metabolism?
I lowered my metabolism when I was eating like 500 calories a day and now I can’t lose any more weight. Apparently my body went into like ‘fat storage’/ ‘starvation’ mode. Please help me! I need to raise my metabolism quick!

Raising your metabolism is more that increasing calories, it’s consuming the right kind of foods and avoiding unhealthy foods. Other factors to consider are the right type of exercise and proper fluid consumption. To help guide you through this process you might want to read the article “How to Speed Up Your Metabolism.”
