I don’t have money to go to a gym but i wanna lose weight, how is that possible?

    you can lose weight by one method that is self control in wat u eat.

    and even u can go for 7days method
    1 day- take only juice
    2 day- eat only rice with curd
    3 day- only fruits
    4 day- eat wat u want but only morning and at night
    5 day- again only juice
    6 day- curd rice morning & fruits at eve, night
    7 day – eat any thing which is not oily and 8 day check u’r weight really it works………….

There is a thing called self challenge and you can sign up and track your progress with how you are doing working out and eating right.
