    You might not believe this, but if you stick to a healthy dietary habits by eating small meals throughout the day like every 3 hours, protein shakes and copious amounts of water you will lose body fat and maintain size.     1:) reduce the amount of calories you eat

    Below are ways to reduce calorie intake without having to alter your diet significantly.
