i attempted to go no the cabbage soup diet but –yea..i hate cabbage so that didnt work out it was just wondering if eating chicken soup say like 300 calories a day would have the same effect

yeah but you won’t keep the weight off after you stop doing the diet. i really don’t see what the point is.

    Maybe, but chicken soup has a lot of sodium and no nutrients. You would probably have no energy to do anything, and would feel sick. It would be better for you to at least eat different soups like vegetable beef, that at least have a little more substance for your body to be healthy. A little more than 300 calories will still make you lose weight.

    Yeah you will just keep in mind you need two things to lose weight, healthy diet and exercise!

    Most people always think eating will change you, but they always forget the excerising part.

    300 calories a day will most likely slow your metabolism significantly and you wont do yourself any good. (depending on what your current diet is) it sounds simple but add the calories you normally eat in one day, then subtract that number by 500. if you then use that daily calorie number you will lose 1lb/wk and thats without exercise…but if your cutting Kcals out you should do moderate exercise to keep your body metabolizing normally. once again it sounds simple but drink only water, dont eat 3 hours before bed and always have a small breakfast. tip: pickles are an appetite suppressant.

    the soup is low in calories but if the soup is all you eat, you will get sick. If you have a protein in the morning and your soup and a salad for lunch, maybe a lowfat yougurt or a snack and maybe another soup and more fruits and veggies for dinner–along with lots of water, that will do the trick better and healthier!!!!!!!!!! Most of the diets out there are a scam or a quick way to loose but without proper diet and exercise, the weight WILL COME BACK!!!! Good luck
