Question by : best fruits for weight loss?
ok so i been trying to lose weight ive even cut back heavily on what i ate the most…fried foods but i feel its not a enough when i started my weight loss i was 228 pounds in just a few months ive reached 198
i rarely eat fruits but i would like to know the 5 best fruits that would be good for a weight loss snack
i do not want websites i want answers

Any fruits are basically good to eat as a snack.
just as long as you dont over consume them, fruits are a very good snack alternative.
they provide many essential vitamins and minerals the body needs, provide energy, contain fibre and taste awesome.
they are also very versatile and can be combined with other fruits,nuts etc to create a super snack full of different things your body needs.

BANANAS are awesome! when i was on a diet, every time i wanted a snack, i got a banana. they are very nourishing, very filling, high in vitamins and minerals, good source of energy and TASTE GREAT!!!!!

other good fruits include:

just your mainstream fruits like
-apples-good source of vitamin a, fibre, potassium, good source of energy, very nourishing
-Oranges-good source vitamin c (thats good for ur immune system)
-grapes-although theyre a bit sugary, grapes are considered one of the best fruits to eat according to some nutritionists
-Berries-whether theyre strawberries, blueberries, cranberries, goji berries etc. they contain high amounts of anti oxidants
