Hi Everyone! Heres my latest update on weight watchers and how I did at my weekly weigh in meeting. I lost 2 lbs this week and even though my weight loss is starting to steady out now I am still over the moon at losing 2 lbs and finally getting rid of a whole stone in less than a month! I feel alot healthier and happier not that I am eating better and exercising more! I have been going on my running machine, walking my dog, running at my local park and I bought a gym ball which is fun!!     im on the plan too and you have have kebabs aslong as its a small chicken shish kebab i got told a small chicken shish is 10 points ive lost 13 pounds on this been doing it since april but i have gain not alot like 2 pounds some weeks then dropped the next
