Question by : My classmate claims she lost 30 pounds by drinking 1 Redbull a day, did it really raise her metabolism?
My classmate claims she went from 150 pounds to 120 pounds by drinking 1 Redbull a day. I asked her how and she said because it raises your metabolism. Could this be true? I don’t know whether or not she was drinking regular or diet.

it does raise her metabolism for a while. But I’m sure she lost weight because she only ate 1 redbull a day and nothing else. She ate too little and that caused the weight loss.

    No this is not true, Redbull is extremely bad for you as it contains a lot of caffeine equivalent to 6 cups of black coffee and also loads of sugar

    doubtfull i have known people who take stuff like redbull or hydroxycut and gain weight because whats it wears off there metabolism is dropping lower than it was when they started. Then all you want to do is sleep and be lazy
