A common problem amongst the corporate workforce these days is how to maintain a healthy active lifestyle with such demanding hours, role overload cutbacks and family. Many people use the excuse, “there is no time to workout!
“Well unfortunately there is no easy way to achieve a healthy body but to make time and to put in the work. So there is always time. You have to make the time and fit it into your schedule just as you do work, appointments etc.  If you don’t, not only do you suffer,  but your family and friends suffer as well.

Train major muscles groups at least three or four times per week
Quit yo-yo dieting. Lack of food makes your body think that it’s starving, sending your metabolism into hibernation.
