What foods can boost my metabolism?
Im having trouble loosing weight, i do 30 min exercise 5 times a week at least, and have a healthy diet.
So i could just do with some help =]

    Eat more small meals a day. That boosts your metabolism. And make sure you snack on a lot of vegetables, and fruits and drink a lot of water. You have to be consistent though, that way your body is used to constantly burning food.

    Foods high in EFA’s (essential fatty acids) increase your metabolism.

    Flaxseed oil and seeds, walnuts, brasil nuts, fish etc all contain EFA’s.

    Make sure you are eating enough lean protein (fish, cottage cheese, tofu) and drinking plenty of water. All these help to losing weight. Have 5-6 small meals a day to keep your metabolism at its peak and try to do interval training during your cardio workout and incorporate a weight-training regime.
